Data that may reach us

• When you contact us: if you message us on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram or email, we receive your name, your number or account, and your message, so we can reply.
• The website form: it sends nothing to a server of ours; it prepares a message and opens it in WhatsApp, and you decide whether to send it.
• Visit statistics: we use Google Analytics on the main domain only, to count visits, pages viewed and WhatsApp button clicks. Google may use cookies for this; no name or number is sent.
• Language choice: the site remembers your language (Arabic/English) on your own device only; it is not sent to us.
• Hosting: the site is hosted on Vercel; like any website, the server logs ordinary technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation.

Ads on Facebook and Instagram

We advertise Hallethalak on Facebook and Instagram through Meta’s official tools, including the «HalletHalak Ads Manager» app, which we use to prepare our own campaigns and follow their results on our own accounts only.

• The app does not log in with your account and does not read your personal data on Facebook or Instagram.
• The numbers we see about ads are aggregated by Meta (such as people reached, clicks and conversations), not data about a specific person.
• Meta chooses who sees an ad under its own policies; you can control the ads you see in the ad settings of your Meta account.

What we use your data for

• To reply to your message, understand what you need and send you the price and details.
• To do the work we agreed on and keep in touch with you about it.
• To improve the website and our ads using aggregated numbers.

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. We use the services above (WhatsApp, Meta, Google and Vercel) only to work; each has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep data

We keep conversations and work data while we work together or while the work needs them, and we delete them when you ask.

How to ask us to delete your data

At any time you can ask us to show, correct or delete any data we hold about you:

• Write “delete my data” with the name, number or account you contacted us from.

We will confirm we received the request, delete the data we hold within 30 days and let you know. You can also delete conversations on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram from your side in the app itself.

Children

Our services and ads are not aimed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data about children.
